A high school debate club could have written a better decision than the Supreme Court majority did in SFFA v. Harvard. Asserting the court cannot assess the impact of affirmative action should have been rationale to decline to hear the case.

Shouting has limited growth potential and moderation makes $$. Parties aside, that's politics.

@Devendr57832648 @killthemessage @strangertemple IDK from which universe you're getting your info, but some of the world's largest and richest companies paused their ads on Twitter when Musk took over. Twitter has a tiny user base vs. YouTube and TikTok, both moderated platforms. Actually no one wants ad revenue from trolls.
