@HPSupport This is just one case, we ordered a over a dozen of these units and we are on our 3rd one that won't boot. We are at a 25% failure rate currently. We are scared to trust these units in the systems where they were going.

@HP @Dell Years of using Dell Workstations in our system, we switched to HP. Dell discontinued there 1U workstations. We should have spent thousands redesigning our platforms to use 2U unit so we could still use Dell. 2 HP Zcentrals bad out of box, 4 weeks, no parts. Poor service

@HPSupport I did contact them, every time I contact them the news gets worse. A simple power supply now has an ETA of June. You realize over a 1/3 of the warranty time will be up in June and the unit has never been able to be powered on to a bios screen? Is this acceptable?
