Suitcase back 72 hours later and my jewellery is missing. One ring from my 21st birthday…hope the thief is proud of themselves, get a real job. @jet2tweets you have a lot to answer for. We will never fly from @STN_Airport and never with @jet2tweets again. Horrific.

@jet2tweets extremely disappointed with Jet2 holiday experience. 2 of our 2 suitcases left behind, meaning family of five in Ibiza with NOTHING. 1, 3 and 10-year-old children. Offered €50 per suitcase - utterly inadequate. 24 hours later 1 suitcase arrived, other still in Ldn.
