@Billybingbong2 @smalltown_wife We’re the same and my husband’s shifts change weekly so he has no real routine but that doesn’t mean our toddler shouldn’t have one. He sees her if he’s home, if he’s not home that’s fine he’ll see her all day on his days off I don’t see the issue

@smalltown_wife My husband works shifts, there’s weeks he doesn’t seen our toddler for the whole week but that’s just how it is, if she isn’t in by by 6.30/7 it really effects her sleep and she’s up throughout the night and miserable the next day I won’t change her sleep routine to suit an adult
