No reason Vogt The Goat shouldn’t be back-to-back AL manager of the year. What he did with this roster, how he navigated the in-season craters and other adversity, was remarkable. This team easily could have lost 90+. One of the best managerial jobs I’ve ever seen.

Texas is blaming the NWS for the weather changing from the original forecast. The 3 satellites that DoD stopped allowing NOAA to access data from on June 30, were specifically designed to monitor rapid intensification like what occurred. If you want to point fingers, start there.

@united I have to call out our flight attendant, Phyllis, on last night’s very bad, no good horrible flight from Columbus to Newark (that diverted to Dulles first.) She was calm and empathetic which kept an entire plane of cranky, tired people updated and calm.
