@ravencrow72 @SuzJamieson A better fit for a diabetic is tube of greek yoghurt, when you empty the pot into the bowl fill the tube with an equal amount of double cream & mix with big spoon. Add date puree, from health store or blend own. Dates don't spike. Add vanilla.
