I am so emotional sharing this news with all the amazing supporters who believed in this dream from the beginning. ❤️

Three years ago, my son and I rescued an old working donkey and replaced the owner’s donkey cart with a motorized cart. That small step planted a dream in my heart — to one day stop donkey suffering by replacing donkey carts with motorized alternatives.

And today, with the help of kind-hearted supporters, that dream is slowly becoming reality.

In just ONE WEEK, we have already saved SIX working donkeys from lives of cruelty and suffering.

One heartbreaking case was a tiny under-one-year-old baby donkey who collapsed during brutal training while tied beside a donkey cart. He was too weak and exhausted to survive such cruelty. Sadly, we could not save him.

But we rescued the donkey beside him. Then we discovered two more donkeys in the same house living in horrific conditions. With proper legal agreements and documentation, those donkeys were rescued forever, the owner received a motorized cart instead, and legal conditions were signed that he will never keep donkeys again. The old donkey cart was also destroyed so it could never cause suffering again.

At the same time in Faisalabad, another owner officially received a brand new motorized cart from us with proper legal agreements.

We also rescued an elderly donkey from an old man and helped him start a grocery shop so he could earn with dignity without forcing his donkey to suffer anymore.

And we rescued another elderly female donkey before she could be sold into more cruelty.

All of these donkeys are now safe at our shelter. ❤️

We are preparing all the videos, rescue stories, and legal documentation properly, and very soon we will share every story publicly in detail.

They said he is dangerous.
They said he bites… that he attacked people and animals.

But what we saw was something else.

A young donkey… sitting, unable to stand. When someone approached, he panicked. He struggled to get up on a broken, exhausted body… and ran straight to a corner to hide. Not to attack… just to escape.

This is not aggression. This is fear.

He is only 3 years old… his back already damaged, his hind legs bent from carrying weight far too young. On his back is a badly infected wound—inflicted by an axe. One eye is gone… destroyed by cruelty.

And yet, he is the one being blamed.

He is safe with us! We will share his full story soon… and show you the truth of who he really is. A gentle soul who only needed a little kindness.

Alvin… just a tiny baby, only a few months old, arrived today after an exhausting 8-hour journey 💔

We don’t know where his mother is… we don’t know what he has been through… but we do know he is safe now.

He is shy, weak, and still trying to understand this new world, but slowly he is finding comfort. Surrounded by other babies here, he already has little friends… and we are giving him all the love and time he needs.

At this age, Alvin needs milk 4–5 litres a day, given in small feeds throughout the day to keep him strong and help him grow. Along with this, he will need medical care, supplements, and constant monitoring.

Caring for a baby like Alvin is not easy… but we will do everything for him.

Culling wiped out every dog in their area.
Only these three puppies survived.

A kind-hearted lady hid them and kept them safe until she could bring them to us. Their family, their friends, the dogs they grew up with — all gone.

They are the only lucky ones who escaped death.

But saving them is only the beginning. They now need treatment, food, and sterilisation so this cycle of misery stops here.

Culling is not the solution. Sterilisation is.

Please help us care for these three survivors and the hundreds of animals already under our protection while we continue building the hospital that will allow large-scale sterilisation.

It’s amazing what 7 days can do for a dog.

Last week little Dolly Parton was alone on the streets and in big trouble with her health.

Today she has her Sunday best on. All her vitals improving. Eating lots and sleeping even more. ❤️

3 weeks ago when I picked her up she was utterly broken. Today Biscotti was getting her golden ticket to retire with us. According to the kind local who alerted us…

🛻 She had been hit by a truck recently. Locals had also been chasing her and possibly hitting her. She was hiding under a shack with no fur and her nose was rotting away with a bacterial infection. That’s how her story was going to end.

🏡 She now has a golden ticket to stay with us for the rest of her life. Her health is improving very fast with daily vet care.

🐕 She has made some wonderful gentle friends. She really likes the company of gentle dogs and humans.

🩷 I gave her one of Tina’s old bandana to welcome her in officially.

Biscotti literally cannot stop smiling. Love, care and security have given her a new chance at life. What a lovely dog she is.
