Very disappointed @SamsungIndia. Bought an Inverter fridge 1.5yrs ago. Struggled to cool within a yr & customer care asked me to try DIYs then. Yesterday finally they sent someone who admitted the issue & is going to slap me a bill. Cold treatment for something that never cooled.
