Schools simply can't function effectively without support staff. Unless they start getting paid a salary which reflects what they actually do and the responsibility they have, it's going to get harder and harder to recruit and hang on to them.

@StagecoachEMid Please can one of your drivers be trained in the stops on his journey?! This is the 2nd time I’ve encountered him; he doesn’t seem to know the stops unless they’re in Grimsby?! He’s rude and also sets off before ppl are seated. At 8 mths pregnant, this isn’t fun!
