حق دو تحریک" کا نعرہ لگا کر #گوادر کے سادہ عوام کو گمراہ کرنے والے مولانا ہدایت الرحمٰن دراصل اسی عوام کے حقوق پر ڈاکہ ڈالنے میں مصروف ہے۔ مولانا ہدایت کا 795 ملین روپے کا کرپشن اسکینڈل اس بات کا منہ بولتا ثبوت ہے کہ ان کے نعرے محض دھوکہ تھے۔ مولانا ہدایت کو 26 ترقیاتی منصوبوں کے لیے بجٹ دیا گیا جس میں سے صرف 9 مکمل کئے گئے وہ بھی ناقص معیار کےجبکہ باقی منصوبے فائلوں میں دفن کردیے گئے اور ان کے نام پر پیسہ ہڑپ کرلیا گیا۔فٹسل گراؤنڈ جیسے چھوٹے منصوبے میں 50 ملین روپے کا اندراج جبکہ حقیقت میں یہ صرف 8.5 ملین کی لاگت سے زیادہ کا نہیں۔ یہ اندھی کرپشن ظاہر کرتی ہے کہ حق دو تحریک کا پورا کھیل صرف لوٹ مار کے لیے رچایا گیا تھا۔

گوادر کی حقیقی ترقی سی پیک اور وفاقی حکومت اکی مرہون منت ہے، جس نے عملی اقدامات کے ذریعے شہر کو ترقی کی راہ پر ڈالا لیکن افسوس انہی عالمی پروجیکٹس اور اداروں کو نشانہ بنا کر، عوامی جذبات کو ورغلا کر حقوق کے نام پر جھوٹے وعدے کر کے مولانا ہدایت جیسے لوگ پنے ذاتی مفادات پورے کرتے رہے۔ بلوچستان کی ترقی میں اصل رکاوٹ یہی جعلی لیڈر ہیں، جو ہر منصوبے کو کمیشن کا ذریعہ سمجھتے ہیں اور عوامی فنڈز کو ذاتی جائیداد میں بدلتے ہیں۔ اب وقت آ گیا ہے کہ گوادر کے عوام ان چہروں کو پہچانیں جو "حق دو" کا لبادہ اوڑھ کر "سب کچھ لوٹ لو" کی پالیسی پر عمل کر رہے ہیں۔ آج ایسے دھوکے بازوں کا احتساب ناگزیر ہو چکا ہے۔
