@DrDiGiorgio@psypharmacopeia Thank you! The volume of calls, chat messages, portal messages has become unbearable and I don’t have the funds to pay all the staff I would need to attend to all of the questions.
Another issue: releasing results directly to patients. Thousands and thousands of questions arise!
@sbkaufman@kevinnbass The trauma response procrastination has a specific name: anhedonia. Everything else is either laziness or tiredness. Maybe we need to normalize being tired again. It is normal to feel tired sometimes, we don’t need a fancy term for it (and naturopathic interventions).
@DocMCohen As long as those unhinged ideas fuel into the expectations of the “crowd”, of course. Subscription science has risen to be the most dangerous enemy of science.
@ManniMD1 @AaronGoodman33 Also: please no spep or upep for hypercalcemia workup before seeing PTH levels. How many times have I seen eldlerly patients with very mild hypercalcemia leading to every diagnostic test on Earth being ordered without any discern.
Naturopaths have recently discovered that selling Semaglutide (from obscure sources) for cash can be quite lucrative.
How exactly is Semaglutide promoting the self-healing abilities of an individual through “natural non-toxic therapeutic methods and modalities”? @novonordiskus
@DrLeslie_MD Balancing hormones is a naturopathic code name for testosterone replacement in guys and (rarer) bioidentical estrogen/testosterone in women. “Hormone imbalance” is similar to “adrenal fatigue”, “chronic Lyme”, “SIBO”, or “chronic mold”.
