I’ve spent the past 5+ days in Nepal.
Let me be clear:
There is no return of the monarchy.
There is no declaration of a Hindu Rashtra.
What I witnessed instead is a nation restless for real change. People are exhausted by corruption, frustrated by a broken political system, and disheartened by the lack of opportunities. Yet, beneath this discontent lies a powerful aspiration:
Nepalis want their country to rise - to be seen as a respected nation, defined not by political chaos but by progress, dignity, and development.
I have no energy to hate anybody. I literally have no space in my heart to carry that toxic sh*t around. I either love you, wish you well, or hope you heal.
Self-love is also respecting yourself and mastering the art of saying "no thank you" and "f*ck off" to the people, places, and things that do not serve you – mentally, emotionally, physically, or financially.
Medical professionals are not Gods, incidents may happen while treating them but this kind of act of demolishing the morale of all medical professionals who provide treatment services to many patients day and night is unacceptable.
