@nxwestmidlands How many times will I fill the form to get the service better? There is no attention given on the complains made so far. It’s probably soon going to be pointless for us to post on tweeter too.
@nxwestmidlands After the school reopened on 7th September, it’s the fifth time she’s late now. On perfect day if the bus service is on time, my daughter would make it in 30 minutes to school from home. But today she took, more than 1 hour, for a 2 mile distance.
@nxwestmidlands Unfortunately, bus number 8A has become more unreliable than before. The service isn’t getting any better, rather worse. Today my daughter got late again to school, after waiting for 35 minutes at Friston Avenue.
@nxwestmidlands What’s happening with 8A, my daughter is going to be late to school today. We have been waiting at Fredrick road and bus is super late. Totally unacceptable, I can’t be taking on tweeter daily to complain. Please do something about this. Why would we pay for such service?
@nxwestmidlands And what’s the point we are waiting for 8A bus at Fredrick road. Been waiting here for last 14 minutes and bus hasn’t arrived. If buses don’t come we end up paying for taxis and doesn’t help in any way to the environment and for our pockets.
