@RutgersAltRoute There is a lot of teaching that needs 2 be done, ss need 2 learn empathy. Ss need 2 learn not everything is bullying, Ss need 2 learn what bullying is. Use restorative circles when Ss are having conflicts, so it does not get to a level of bullying #TeacherED #SafeSchools
