Multi-hazard risk assessment is of utmost necessity in the Himalayas to quantify Loss and Damage (LnD). LnD assessment is still in a primitive stage in data-scarce regions but Qualitative (@UNFCCC)and DaLA (@WBG_Climate ) can provide some insights on LnD. @NDRRMA_Nepal @icimod
