@CelebrityCruise why did my husband get 10 extra loyalty points that said “for being a captains club member” and I did not?! Doesn’t make sense as we partake in the same power up points, polls, same cruises etc!! I should also get the 10 additional points!!!!!!!
.@FedExHelp unacceptable that a driver can get by with claiming “attempted delivery no one home” when we are literally sitting here waiting to sign for a package. No one knocked or left the tag on our door. I don’t think an attempt was even made. Terrible customer service!!!!!
.@JohnCooper4Nash Again my neighbors and I find ourselves questioning why our 12 dumpsters and recycling at our condo complex in Nashville proper were not serviced?!?!?! This is ridiculous and unacceptable! Happening too frequently. #smelly#again

@drinkloverboy hubs and I were so excited to find & purchase in our local Nashville Kroger and Target. But after doing so for a couple of weeks it’s gone and hasn’t been seen again. Please tell us it’s coming back!!!!!!
@Shutterfly Convenient excuse but time to make it right @Shutterfly. Have been ordering Christmas cards from you for years! Christmas Eve & still no Christmas cards. I’m understanding of the overwhelmed delivery services but time you take some responsibility too & stop passing the blame.
@Shutterfly blaming overwhelmed delivery services is convenient. But somehow everything else we ordered online shipped & tracked in its timeframe. Our Christmas cards are still not here & it’s Christmas Eve. Received “shipping” notification Dec 9. How will you make this right?
