I just saw someone who made $1M in payouts and lost all of it trading his personal account.
One of the hardest lessons to learn as a trader is that it isn't how much you make.. it's how much you KEEP.
If you hit a bag.. you should only be trading with a small % of your liquid net worth. Do the best you can to REMOVE the option of just blowing up generational wealth.
Buy assets. Real estate. Life insurance.
ANYTHING but leverage trade with large portions of your capital.
Some of you don't even have a nest egg and you're putting 100% of your liquidity into brokers and prop firms.. yet still wonder why you can't make progress on your wealth.
