🚨 WHY DID INDIA LET HIM GO?

Matthew VanDyke and six Ukrainian nationals were arrested by the NIA in a case that initially involved serious UAPA allegations.

But in its September 8 chargesheet, the NIA invoked Sections 21 & 23 of the Immigration and Foreigners Act instead, while saying the UAPA investigation was still continuing.

The court later granted default bail and allowed all seven to travel to the U.S. and Ukraine for one month, subject to conditions and their return to India.

The big question is simple:
If the original allegations were so serious, why did the formal chargesheet not include UAPA charges at this stage?

And why were the accused subsequently allowed to travel abroad while the investigation is still ongoing?

These questions deserve clear answers
