비트코이너들은 처음 만난 사이여도 금방 가까워질 수 있습니다.

GBCC를 통해 떠난 이번 대만 여행은 제가 지금까지 했던 여행 중 가장 즐거웠던 여행이었습니다.
타국의 비트코이너들을 만나 소통하고, 함께 투어를 다니며 인간 대 인간으로 교류하고 소중한 추억을 만들 수 있었던 시간이었습니다.

비트코인에는 국경이 없습니다.
그리고 국경 없는 비트코인은 우리를 연결해주었습니다.
앞으로 비트코인 네트워크를 타고 또 어떤 연결이 이어질지 기대됩니다.

이번 GBCC(글로벌 비트코인 커뮤니티 커넥션)에서 모두 가장 크게 느낀 건

비트코인은 혼자 공부할 때보다,
같은 방향을 바라보는 사람들과 직접 만나고 움직일 때 훨씬 선명해진다는 것❤️‍🔥

이번 GBCC는 단순한 여행이나 행사 참가가 아니었습니다

비트코인을 좋아하는 사람들이 직접 만나고,
같이 경험하고,
같이 이야기 나누면서

“아, 우리는 혼자가 아니구나”
“비트코인 스탠다드를 위해 애쓰는 많은 사람들이 세상 곳곳에 있구나”
를 확인한 시간이었습니다

덥고 힘든 날씨, 익숙하지 않은 언어가
때로는 쉽지 않았지만,
그래도 끝까지 함께 웃고, 배려하고, 서로 챙겨준 덕분에 GBCC의 첫 번째 챕터를 좋은 분위기 속에서 마무리할 수 있었습니다

대만에서 비트코이너들과 함께한 Bitcoin Squad Asia 2026과 대만 비트코인 허브의 피자데이는 오래도록 기억에 남을 소중한 경험이었습니다.

서로의 영어는 완벽하지 않았지만,
같은 관심사를 가진 사람들과 함께 여행하고 시간을 보내는 것만으로도 충분히 즐거웠습니다.

물론 대만의 무더운 날씨는 쉽지 않았지만,
함께 거리를 걸어 다니고 새로운 장소를 구경하며 다양한 경험을 나눌 수 있었습니다.

사실 처음 만난 사람들과 깊은 대화를 나누는 것은 생각보다 쉽지 않은 일입니다. 하지만 우리에게는 비트코인이라는 공통의 철학과 관심사가 있었습니다.

덕분에 자연스럽게 대화가 이어졌고, 국적과 언어를 넘어 서로를 이해하며 더 가까워질 수 있었습니다.

좋은 행사를 기획하고 진행해주신 @SaturdayBlock @BtcSquadAsia 팀에 진심으로 감사드립니다.

서로 어눌한 영어지만 외국인들과 함께 여행한다는 것은
너무 소중한 경험이었습니다.

물론 indian time 과 더위가 힘들었지만,
함께 구경하고 이동하면서,
새로운 경험을 할 수 있어서 좋았습니다.

보통 처음 만나는 어색한 사람들과 많은 대화를 하긴 쉽지 않죠
그러나 우리에게는 비트코인이라는 공통의 철학과 공통의 관심사가 있어서
대화가 수월했고, 그래서 더 친해질 수 있었습니다.

대만 Tempo House에서 진행된 피자데이와 BSA 행사를 마치고 무사히 한국으로 돌아왔습니다.
이렇게 열정이 넘치는 비트코이너들과 함께하고 나면 항상 생각이 많아지는 것 같아요.

이번 행사는 저에게도 비트코인 때문에 처음 해외에 나가본 경험이었고, Team Corn에게도 우리를 처음으로 한국 바깥에 소개한 경험이었습니다.

솔직히 발표 전까지는 해외까지 가서 할 말이 있을까 싶었습니다.
그런데 각국의 이야기를 듣고 말하다 보니, 구체적인 상황은 다를지라도 서로 비슷한 질문들을 마주하고 있다는 생각이 들었어요.

더 많이 부딪혀보고 싶습니다.

Preparing BSA was one of the most rewarding things I’ve done.
More than anything, it reminded me how much we need to actually talk to each other, face to face, across borders.
