I constantly get people reaching out to me inquiring about India's DPI approach, and wanting to learn how IndiaStack platforms like UPI, Aadhaar, DigiLocker etc were originally conceptualized, designed, built and scaled.

Fortunately we now have a wonderful resource to serve as a ready reckoner. The Center for Digital Public Infrastructure (CDPI) has put together a video playlist on its YouTube channel... its available here https://t.co/bJeh78eyPS and features a series of interviews with volunteers who were involved in the effort.

IMHO this is the pbly the (single) best destination on the web if you want to get a 30000 feet view about IndiaStack, and India's DPI platforms.

@porterit_ - worst customer service.. your driver says he cannot come for pickup. The pickup never happens but money gets deducted and trip is marked complete.

I raise a complaint. And the customer call comes at 11:45 at night. Who even calls so late in the night?

@porterit_ hey porter. I was charged twice for my order. Had already paid for the order thru porter credit and the delivery person asked for the payment again at the time of delivery.

Have been trying to raise a complaint on the app but unsuccessful so far. Can you help?

@curiosweetie This is not a regular train station. This is a luxury hotel in which a small station is housed which takes people to Fansipan (highest point in Vietnam) through a cable car.

The regular train stations are very similar to India and nothing really extra.
