Service request pending for 3 weeks. No technician showed up. Repeated calls, zero action — and now a message says it’s closed without service.
Shocking apathy. Is this how you treat your customers?

After inquiring with the staff, I was informed that no action has been taken by the management team even after multiple complaints were registered. I met with an accident at the same spot today and have submitted a written complaint in their office.
