@SaulsGoodmann GTAIV: "Welcome to the club. Also, for $20 you can snag DLC that gets you into VIP or the biker clubhouse"
GTAVI: "Welcome to the club. Several areas and items are for VIP members only. Do you have $20? No? Then you're locked out."
Same bottom line, horrible presentation.
@reddit_lies Sold Tarot decks in a hippie store years ago, a lady asked to open one before buying, I assumed she wanted to make sure it was complete. She ruffled em and said "this one doesn't speak to me" and left without buying it. Worst clientele on the planet.
@ProfessorX11112@mask_bastard Absolutely.
I want my mechanic to have a red hat and my barista to have green hair. Balance is essential to a peaceful life.
@ElonBuyRedditz@reddit_lies This is 1000% it. Mad projection and refusal to accept basic biological drives.
Male version is the chick who likes video games and heavy metal and getting drunk at the campout. Our brain says hell yeah, our junk says nah.
@R3ADYFORWARR Because for every additional pixel and reflection, there was one less story beat or unique mission.
Niko had an arc, open missions let you fucc around and try other things, theaters, dates, etc.

@BachelorJoker Ironically, one of the best games (DLC to be fair) in the series involved a gay dude, nightclubs and parachuting. It had "representation" etc.
The thing is, the GTAIV:BOGT devs were hired on merit.
@JoshEakle@thepromise2026 This is called Libertarianism, and it's an amazing idea until they interview the one guy from our camp who wants a lower age of consent and free guns. Tale as old as time.
