@brittdales First time home buyers 5% down so need $15k plus closing costs so more like $20k saved up. Can also access RRSP’s with repayment plan. It’s not simple but it’s doable. When I was 20 I started putting money in a TFSA every cheque. I think I started with $50. I bought at 25.
