@TANGEDCO_Offcl Lost power at Kamaraj Nagar 24th East Street, Thiruvanmiyur due to unannounced road work past midnight. Cable to the home is cut, seniors and children at home. Extremely poor response and flippant attitude from TANGEDCO officials.

EB and Corporation officials don't have a plan for backup power. Homeowners are expected to have 20m of electrical wire to pull from a street light! They walk away saying just wait till it gets done some time in the day.
