BREAKING: Lindsey Graham didn’t just vote for “a judge.” He cast the deciding vote to confirm a Biden nominee who is now handing down shockingly lenient sentences to child predators.

Judge Anne Traum, confirmed 49–47 with Graham breaking from Republicans and siding with Democrats, just sentenced William Alan Barragan Diaz to the bare minimum:

5 years in prison.

Let that sink in.

William is a registered sex offender who possessed over 6,200 images and 400+ videos of child sexual abuse material,

Federal prosecutors pushed for 151 months (over 12 years) and lifetime supervision.

Instead, the judge Graham put on the bench gave this monster the lowest possible sentence.

And this wasn’t an isolated case.

Earlier this year, the same judge sentenced another offender who viewed explicit material involving infants to essentially time served… just 3 days in custody.

Three days.

This is the real-world consequence of Lindsey Graham’s decisions in Washington.

He didn’t have to vote for this nominee.

He chose to.

And his vote made the difference.

South Carolina deserves a Senator who uses their vote to protect families, not empower judges who hand out wrist slaps for horrific crimes against children.

On June 9th, voters have a choice.

🚨BREAKING: Authorities say multiple eighth graders from an elite Las Vegas private school are facing serious charges after a male classmate was violently assaulted during a field trip.

Investigators allege the victim was pinned down, r* ped with objects, including a flute, beaten, and threatened to have penis c*t off — while another student recorded the incident and shared it on Snapchat.

One of the accused, identified as a class president and golf standout, is now being charged as an adult. A second teen has also been certified to face adult charges.

This is beyond disturbing.
