@qatarairways abandoned us at LHR instead of our ticketed destination (DUB) after a 7-day delay in Doha. Staff refused onward travel. Now Customer Care is sending automated 'refund' links for a completed PNR. I am seeking reimbursement for out-of-pocket flights.

@qrsupport Disgraceful service from @qatarairways. After being stuck in Doha for 7 days, we were flown to London & abandoned.Staff at LHR refused to provide the promised transfer to Dublin, forcing us to pay for our own flights home. I demand a full reimbursement

@qatarairways @qrsupport @qatarairways could you please provide a bit of transpency on why neighboring UAE is able to operate flights from both Dubai and Abu dhabi for past 2 days? Yet no plans for qatar.

Please provide an answer as it will resduce anxiety of thousands of travellers - thanks
