But last night the ticket got confirmed!!!

Posting as recieved:

Late last night, around 11 PM, police officials visited a woman’s residence but did not inform her of the reason for their visit, the case involved, or provide any FIR details.

Upon being informed, two advocates went to Jakkanpur Police Station, Patna to seek basic information, including the FIR number and case details.

Instead of receiving clarity, they were met with pushback and were subjected to manhandling.

This is not the first time we’ve seen the conduct of police that is contrary to duty towards civilians and is disrespectful towards advocates. In the video, they are told they have no right to record inside the police station. The personnel present was not even in uniform and had no name plate.

Incidents like this underline the need for an Advocate Protection Act.

*👉पोर्टल पर एक पेज खुलेगा जिसपर राज्य के नाम और Captcha का बाक्स प्रदर्शित होगा।*
*👉राज्य का नाम Dropdown List से प्राप्त किया जाएगा जिसमें Bihar को Select करना होगा एवं Captcha को भर कर Save & Proceed करना होगा तत्पश्चात एक नया पेज खुलेगा।*
*👉इस पेज पर House Hold का नाम Mobile Number एवं e-mail (Optional) से संबंधित बॉक्स में जानकारी भरी जायेगी Save & Proceed करने के उपरांत एक नया पेज खुलेगा।*
*👉इस पेज पर भाषा चयन करना होगा एवं 6 अंकों का OTP भरना होगा यह OTP House Hold के द्वारा दिये गये Mobile Number पर प्राप्त होगा तत्पश्चात पुनः एक नया पेज खुलेगा।*
*👉इस पेज पर जिला का चयन करते हुए पिन कोड एवं पता अंकित और Land Mark अंकित करेंगे।*
*👉इसके पश्चात उनके द्वारा अंकित किये गये पते का Map प्रदर्शित होगा House Hold प्रदर्शित Map पर अपना भवन / मकान मार्क करेंगे और Save & Proceed करेंगे।*
*👉इसके पश्चात पोर्टल पर जनगणना से संबंधित प्रश्नावली प्रदर्शित होगी जिसके जवाब House Hold स्वयं भरेंगे और अंत में Save & Submit करेंगे। तत्पश्चात 11 अंकों का एक Self Enumeration ID उनके Mobile Number पर मैसेज के माध्यम से प्राप्त होगा। 02 मई 2026 से 31 मई 2026 तक होने वाली गणना के क्रम में उक्त Generate Self Enumeration ID को अपने क्षेत्र के प्रगणक को वह उपलब्ध करायेगा। प्रगणक ID को सत्यापित करेगा। यदि किसी प्रकार के सुधार की आवश्यकता प्रतीत होगी तब प्रगणक उसमें अपेक्षित सुधार कर सकेगा और डेटा को Save/Sync/Submit करेगा। इस प्रकार Self Enumeration के माध्यम से गणना की प्रक्रिया पूर्ण होगी। Self Enumeration की प्रक्रिया से न केवल प्रगणक के कार्य आसान होंगे इससे एकत्रित आंकड़े की गुणवता भी अच्छी होगी।
