@baba_nyenyedzi @baba_nyenyedzi s point is that since Avondale is a prime area, it should have a top notch school 2 match the real estate. Gvt gains by selling the school & building a cheaper one or two elsewhere. Thus, infrastructure improves at the same pace as surrounding infrastructure

Zinara funds should deal with roads & road infrastructure. Such a admission by Zinara would be a deterrent 4 investment

@matinyarare Create strong financial markets that enable capital raising for infrastructure projects. Key in this initiative is clarity on the monetary regime. If USD500 million is raised today, and the currency regime is changed in year 5, this will result in losses to the term investor.

@S_Harudzibwi He literally tried to renegotiate the deal in front of the media. The deal was ready for signing and he swerved on DJT & JD. On the Biden deal there was still a push for NATO membership which was from day 1 a non negotiable for Putin. But no sane leader should choose war!!
