@STCActionFund @pushtheneedle @SCC_Insight Unfortunately only the property owners with equity came out ahead, by selling to developers. Just the hint of upzones caused speculation, and landlords cleared buildings to ease sale.
Its complex, but upzones here were not good for us @ ground level. Need damage control, STAT!
