वास्तविकता ये है कि कई पिता कोर्ट द्वारा निर्धारित मुलाक़ात के दौरान भी डरे रहते हैं — उन्हें डर होता है कि कहीं बच्चे से कुछ मिनट अकेले में बात करना ही अगला आरोप न बन जाए, जैसे अपहरण या शारीरिक शोषण का।

विडंबना ये है कि वही महिलाएं बाद में शिकायत करती हैं कि पिता बच्चों से मिलते नहीं या संबंध नहीं रखते। लेकिन जब एक व्यक्ति को झूठे आरोपों के जरिये अदालतों के चक्कर कटवाए जाते हैं, उसे हैवान की तरह पेश किया जाता है, तो क्या आप उम्मीद करते हैं कि वो व्यक्ति मानसिक रूप से सहज और सामान्य रहेगा?

किसी पिता की ख़ामोशी को जज करने से पहले, उस दर्द और आघात को समझने की कोशिश करें जिसे वो बिना कुछ कहे झेल रहा होता है।

This time I have noticed a strange pattern. Female police officials seem to be at the forefront everywhere, whether at the protest site or while detaining people arriving in Delhi by train, flight, or even through local public transport. Is this possibly to use any scuffle during an illegal detention to later play the woman victim card?

The PM and HM really seem scared of protests and determined to crush them at any cost. Metro services shut down, internet shutdowns, and people being illegally detained.

Imagine what the people of Jammu and Kashmir must have gone through and that too for years.
