सुप्रीम कोर्ट और इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने यूपी पुलिस को लेकर बेहद सख्त टिप्पणियां की हैं।

जस्टिस संजय कुमार जी और जस्टिस संजीव सचदेवा जी की बेंच ने आपराधिक मामलों की जांच में यूपी पुलिस की कार्यशैली पर कड़ी नाराजगी जाहिर की है।

कोर्ट ने टिप्पणियों में यूपी में BJP राज में जारी अराजकता का जिक्र किया है और ये तक कह दिया कि यूपी पुलिस को भंग कर देना चाहिए।

BJP राज में अपराधियों और सत्ता के बीच का गठजोड़ दलितों, पीड़ितों, शोषितों के खिलाफ है और रसूखदारों के लिए काम करता है।

यूपी में औसतन हर दिन 9 हत्याएं, 10 हत्या के प्रयास, 9 रेप, 33 अपहरण और लगभग 235 हिंसक अपराध हो रहे हैं।

जिस भाजपा सरकार के अस्पताल ‘पीडीए’ को जन्म नहीं लेने दे रहे हैं, वो ‘पीडीए’ को कितने बड़े दुश्मन हैं कहने की ज़रूरत नहीं है।

भाजपाई सोच की संकीर्णता और पीडीए समाज के विरुध्द प्रभुत्ववादियों की नफ़रत जिस हद तक बढ़ गई है, वो बेहद निंदनीय है और दंडनीय भी।

स्वास्थ्य मंत्री को काजू खाने से फ़ुरसत मिल जाए तो देखें कि उनका विभाग किस स्तर तक भेदभाव के ज़हर से भर गया है। भाजपाई तो जिस सीमा तक गिर सकते थे गिर गएं हैं, अब बस भाजपा सरकार गिरनी बाक़ी है।

According to reports, a Muslim man from the village had died and his funeral procession was being carried. Due to heavy rain, people tried to take another route, but it is alleged that members of the local Hindu Paswan community prevented the funeral procession from proceeding that way.

According to reports, the Paswan community owns the land. They stated that they would build a temple there and would not allow the funeral procession to proceed that way.

Muslims placed the funeral procession on the road and tried to negotiate with the Hindu community, but they refused.

It is alleged that police were present at the scene but provided no assistance. Subsequently, the Muslim community had to carry the funeral procession on their shoulders, crossing the village river through the fields.
