We are a local, non-partisan campaign that intends to ensure that Glasgow City Council keeps Whiteinch Library open and in its original purpose-made building.
The campaign's work has now been immortalised at the Mitchell Library.
They have stored and catalogued a range of materials, mainly handmade protest items that were displayed outside Whiteinch Library during the protest period.

Game of statues. “The design for the western part of the Square suggests an area for cafes to spill out along with paved areas for events and may include a water feature.” Yes, water features seem to be very much on-trend within Glasgow these days… https://t.co/n4tOpmGVaS

Big day for us @GlasgowCC We asked our community their thoughts on one of the most dangerous roundabouts in the city. A danger exacerbated by the reckless decision to build a drive thru. Here's a reminder what the community said...
You set up a ‘Friends Group’ to support the library and hopefully the staff who work there.
You end up running some sort of ‘service’ from the building after the staff lose their jobs.
Can you see the problem?
