@akeem_and_semi @gibbymadeit @itsNellzz I think we need to rethink how we perceive the WNBA. A good comparison would be English soccer where you have the EPL, Champions, league 1, and league 2. The lower leagues are subsidized by the higher and the players make less . The WNBA is like a league 2 soccer level or lower.

A developer goes to the bank and says I want to borrow X dollars against my property which is worth Y amount. The bank checks and either accepts or counters.
This is how every developer in the entire country does business

As the south became more Republican it became less racist. There are no KKK chapters left in South Carolina today - no democrats left to support it.
