As a Muslim, there's something that genuinely bothers me.
Millions of Muslims live in Christian majority countries, build mosques, preach Islam publicly, distribute Qur'ans, open halal businesses, and demand religious freedom, and rightly so.
Some even call for aspects of Shariah to be accommodated in the societies they've moved to.
Yet in some Muslim majority countries, Christians cannot openly preach the Gospel, build churches freely, or practice their faith without restrictions.
Why?
If we demand religious freedom for ourselves, we should be willing to grant it to others.
Truth does not need censorship.
If Islam is the truth, it has nothing to fear from a church, a Bible, or a Christian preacher.
You can't demand tolerance and freedom for Muslims abroad while denying the same freedoms to others at home.
The double standard needs to be called out.
If you are wondering why no South African home and Abroad should be helped or shown compassion! This is the reason !
They are wicked people both Home and Abroad !

FUOYE is trending because someone was shocked to learn that Ekiti State University has not had light since 2014. One Jerry said it’s because the former First Lady removed their transformer, after a school fees hike protest.. but he was wrong.
Actually two protests happened in FUOYE in May 2018 and September 2019.
In 2018, the school tried to impose a sudden no school fees, no examination policy. Student took the protest to Oye-Ikole highway blocking traffic for hours before returning to the school main gate, school was subsequently shutdown.
The one involving the First Lady happened in 2019. It was a protest for lack of power supply in the school and environs, at Oye and Ikole.
Mrs. Bisi Fayemi, who was at an Oye Local Council for an advocacy tour program, was blocked and her convoy reportedly attacked. The school later shut down after vehicles were burnt and police vans destroyed.
So Ekiti locals are telling Jerry that he’s misplacing the events, as it happened in FUOYE not Ekiti State University. However, they all agree on the poor power situation for both institutions.
Also, due to the EKSU power situation, the VC recently installed a solar system, according to some students.
