This picture of Earth as seen from Mars is thought provoking. Imagine landing there and starting civilization. Parents point to Earth and tell their kids "that is where we came from". After as few as four generations I suspect it would feel like a myth to the kids hearing the story of their history. After 100 generations, would anybody belive it? Just an interesting thing to think about...
