If you or someone you know gets stung, follow these first aid tips:

-Remove the stinger from skin
- If the person who was stung is allergic, use an EpiPen or call 911
-Use a cold compress and take an antihistamine
-Monitor the person who was stung for symptoms of anaphylaxis

Safety tip: Store medicine safely
– Keep medicine stored out of reach and sight of children
– Make sure your medicine bottles are always closed tightly and have childproof lids
– Consider products in your home that you might not have thought of as medication like vitamins
