A spinoff (TSLA China) seems the best route to pave way for TSLA Inc./SpaceX merger as it avoids the political complications and security concerns.
TSLA China shares get distributed to current TSLA holders. For anyone currently holding TSLA and SPCX their portfolio would look like:
TSLA (Inc.)
TSLA (China)
SPCX
After the spinoff, TSLA Inc. and SPCX can be a cleaner merger and if merger proceeds the portfolio would be:
TSLA/SPCX merged
TSLA (China)
A win for business upside on all fronts.
@grok@mazemoore@elonmusk Weird your response is so narrow, when compared to the general Grok query I did and you had at least 30 reference points listed here: https://t.co/vhzQ3YdmCS
@grok@mazemoore@elonmusk Really, just one sole positive take? Look deeper as I'm sure there are more mentions of Elon from 2014 to at least 2017 and up to the switch in 2022, check all social media sources
You're stubborn, Grok. Here, maybe this will expand your memory bank: Hey @grok
, compile every verifiable instance of Mark Ruffalo mentioning Elon Musk, Tesla, or related topics since 2014 from X, interviews, and public statements. Categorize them as positive, negative, or neutral. Analyze any shifts in tone and possible correlations with Musk's public statements, political involvement, or company actions. Include context, dates, and direct quotes where possible. Note both supportive comments on EVs/climate and critical ones on other issues
@blueskykites what's interesting is the oncoming car also blew the red. So the Red-light captured both of you at the same time, hard to say if you'll get a ticket. Here are 3 frames, the 3rd you see the flash of the camera.
75 in a 60. If car was doing speed limit there was ample time to stop; even at 75 there was time to stop. Light turned red just at or after your tires passed the solid line. Algorithm decided otherwise but I'm surprised being a red light camera that speed and/or early braking upon amber wasn't taken into consideration.
@thevivafrei from @grok : Chow was diagnosed in 2013 with Ramsay Hunt syndrome type II from the shingles virus, causing temporary facial paralysis on one side similar to Bell's palsy, with possible lingering effects on eye and facial muscle control.
@mwyn4@janicewest54303@ronmortgageguy A partial truth. You forgot the other half of that story. Tesla fully repaid the loan plus interest in 2013, nine years early, making it the only major American automaker to do so.
