We are happy to share months of hard work in the form of a white paper report and a handbook.
Although, this may be the end of Say It With Your Chest, we hope that our legacy can live on through the resources we have created.

Deeply worrying new govt data shows school exclusions have soared with rates of suspensions for disadvantaged children 4 times higher. These are disastrous trends which Govt needs to tackle head on by providing the support needed to enable all children to stay in school & succeed
Never underestimate the influence you have on others. I still cook pasta the way I saw in a YouTube video. My friend still buys the brand of chocolate I once got her for Christmas. Some still listen to the music their ex once listened to. People may leave, but the memories stay.
Say It With Your Chest's closure is a big loss to the sector. But they've been able to leave a legacy and share their lessons from 5 years working with young people at risk of exclusion.
Been a privilege supporting @Sabbyjones to pull this together.
We have created a white paper which will explore "A roadmap to halve school exclusions by the end of the decade." We have also created a handbook for schools and professionals working with children at risk of school exclusion.

@SayWitYourChest are doing crucial work to reduce the rate of exclusions in schools and empower young people to raise their aspirations. They're led by Sabrina Jones who has worked with us on a number of projects to support their mission. A truly great cause!
How can a young man who is carrying out his lawful occupation be arrested on the basis of 'looking dodgy'?
This blog highlights why it is crucial for young people to have someone who supports and listens to them https://t.co/tqZrDoUyTd
Watch @BiteBack2030’s powerful video calling on @TrussLiz to give #FreeSchoolMeals to the 800,000 children living in poverty but not eligible to receive them. You can sign their petition here — https://t.co/MvbuSqwmRy
⏰Time is running out @trussliz
Right now there are 800,000 children living in poverty but not eligible for #FreeSchoolMeals — even as the cost of living rises.

Two ways that you can help a young person with their mental health:
*assist young people via discussions & activities to explore how they feel
*help young people make genuine connections with others by getting them to reflect on what interactions with others makes them happy
70% of young people aspire to ‘just being healthy and happy’. This is because it is our social and in-person connections (to family, friends, the community) that have been shown to make us happier, and physically and mentally healthier.
