Now, we are cornered at all administrative levels and frustrated by the ongoing ignorance @DAEIndia. We're compelled to bring this public but still hold our last hope in @PMOIndia.

Nine months since @EduMinOfIndia's Oct 3, 2023 announcement, Integrated MSc-PhD students at NISER(@niser_official) still await fellowship revisions and arrears. Despite multiple emails, there has been no response from @DAEIndia. Urgent resolution is needed. @PMOIndia

We then started emailing@niser_officialadministration. After multiple emails, they said they can't resolve the issue. A separate order from @DAEIndia1143 is needed to receive our hiked fellowship and arrears.

In May, we first emailed all responsible members of @DAEIndia, including the secretary, just before his visit to NISER, but it was of no use. We've sent repeated reminders since then, but haven't received a single response or any action.

Our arrears have been due for over 1&1/2 years, amounting to nearly 1.5 lakh per student. With 100 students in our program at @niser_official, some researchers have even completed their PhD without receiving their money. #FairFellowship #StudentRights

The Integrated MSc-PhD program at @niser_official places us under JRF from the 2nd year and SRF from the 4th year. After @EduMinOfIndia's announcement, we waited 3 months, hopeful for our hiked fellowship. #FairFellowship #StudentRights

The agony of researchers going unnoticed for months... Since @IndiaDST 's ad on 3Oct23, 9 months have passed, but despite being in JRF/SRF category, no arrears or hiked fellowship for Int PhD in @niser_official . @DAEIndia , @PMOIndia please resolve!
