During fellowship revision in 2019, @DAEIndia gave separate order for IPhD stream following JRF/SRF scales. What happened to that in 2023? 10Oct23's notice doesn't mention IPhD at all!! 9 months passed in waiting!! #iphd #FairFellowship #DAE #StudentRights
