@ViCustomerCare I am at my wit's end! My mother's Postpaid sim wasn't working. We went to our nearest store, which is far fom our place, but nothing could help! She is a serious heart patient who cannot travel. And this trouble is giving her serious anxiety!

. @ViCustomerCare You nearest Vi Store is far from our place. My mother is ailing and she cannot go to the store herself. All she needs is the same number SIM converted to Prepaid! How tough can that be? Everything can happen online, but this cannot?

. @ViCustomerCare The sim was damaged. Vi customer care replaced it with a diff number. It was also given back. And they ask us to come back again. For the 4th time! And we still have to pay months after months of bills! Is that fair???
