So pleased for this fantastic organisation and the recognition for all their great work. Delighted @willbarkway introduced them to our @PwC_UK ColourBrave Charity programme.
Now in its 2nd year, the impact of our ColourBrave initiative continues to grow. In our Annual Report, read how we're working with over 30 Black-led charities, social enterprises and organisations like @SchSocEnt, @Place2Be, @BlackSwimAssoc. https://t.co/wmW9DvCCBr #PwC2022AR
In September @PwC_UK is launching its #BlackTechTalent series, aiming to inspire a new generation. Our first live with host Johan Jegerajan focuses on breaking into the tech industry. Join the conversation on Sept 7th and put your questions to the panel. https://t.co/CXYZr2yQF6

The Chancellor says “Governments should have limits” and wants a society which rewards work. Not much said on people’s long-term financial wellbeing and savings. Perhaps inevitable that the focus was going to be on nearer-term challenges #Budget2021#AutumnBudget@PwC_UK
We’re proud to have won Consultancy of the Year at the @EuropeanPension Awards this week. Well done and congratulations to Jeremy May, @MartinHodgson8 and the Pensions team for their hard work. #EuropeanPensionsAwards https://t.co/IfJlG77XKU
It was great to meet with leaders from the organisations in our ColourBrave Charity Group at a workshop run by @PwC_UK volunteers. Heard fantastic examples of the work they’re doing to tackle racial inequality in their communities. #RacialEquality#ColourBrave#SocialEnterprise
I spoke with @thesundaytimes @raconteur about designing an effective #pensions strategy: the importance of analysing the #data specific to your situation, not following the herd

As Government appears not to be willing or able to solve the A Level crisis, universities & employers must step up. For companies who have assessed students & offered them a job conditional on A level grades, it is a no brainier to follow @PwC & honour the offer. #fairness
I should be qualified to comment on the covid-19 pandemic. I'm a computational/system biologist working on infectious diseases and have spent five years in a world class 'pandemic response modelling' unit. In this thread, I will summarise what I believe I (don't) know. (1/12)
11/15 Reassuringly, will not be a one-size-fits-all approach on #dividends vs deficit repair contributions. Equitability would be assessed depending on covenant, value leakage, recovery plan length, additional support through contingent assets.
10/15 Crucially, cash funding is not expected to have to go on forever. Some advisors who have been pushing trustees to ask sponsors to continue deficit contributions despite adequate funding levels should realise the Regulator does not expect that.
