PROTIP: Stop using practice materials as "goals."
You are just delaying progress by limiting materials.
Instead of "My goal is to watch a movie in TL," **Do it** with a measurable goal BASED on them like writing a 200 word review of it.

Has anyone else noticed how taboo it is in the native ENG sphere to learn from popular media such as TV and movies? This always struck me as odd considering how many people claimed to have learned Eng from FRIENDS.

Being a delusional ADHD lang enthusiast is waking up on a Monday and calculating that if I have 39 days until going to 🇹🇭 and it's estimated that I need 9k words to be C1 in 🇹🇭, I only need to learn 115 new words per day. 🤦‍♀️
