@WestMidRailway your app & national rail app both said the 06:53 Bilbrook to Birmingham was on time right until it was actually due to arrive and now it suddenly says it’s late due 07:33? By the time it arrives it there will be people for the 07:23 waiting too which is also late

@VirginAtlantic on the website I can see that a low lactose meal is available but when trying to select it I can’t see it as an option. Closest appears to be ‘vegetarian/lacto meal’ but I think that would be the ‘lacto ovo vegetarian meal’? Does it have another name in that menu?
