Sería también más sencillo hacer allanamientos de morada sin orden judicial o pinchar teléfonos sin orden judicial. Que le parece si meten preso sin orden judicial? Es especialmente agradable saber que los datos los tendría una fiscalía que se cree filtro de piscina.
Lo que no parece sencillo para el FN es perseguir los delitos cometidos en el caso fundaciones y sospecho que no es por el secreto bancario...

Así es Antonia y se pudo descubrir existiendo #secretobancario y usando los canales de la justicia o la ley para levantar según se necesite SIEMPRE para investigar… en resumen el Secreto Bancario sigue existiendo y no frena las investigaciones …. los chilenos que nada hacen siguen manteniendo su privacidad que el FA y en PC quería eliminar:

• Reportes de Operación Sospechosa (ROS) que vengan de un banco.
• Cuando involucra a un funcionario público.
• Cuando se trata de una persona jurídica.

The scariest finding in this paper: the subjects couldn't tell it was happening.

UPenn ran this study on 48 healthy adults. One group slept 8 hours. Another slept 6. Another slept 4. For 14 straight days. They tested cognitive performance every 2 hours from 7:30am to 11:30pm.

The 6-hour group's reaction times, working memory, and sustained attention deteriorated on a near-linear curve. By day 14 they were performing at the same level as someone who hadn't slept at all in 48 hours. The 4-hour group hit that threshold by day 6.

Here's the part that should unsettle everyone who thinks they "do fine" on 6 hours: the subjects' self-reported sleepiness flatlined after the first few days. Their brains kept getting worse. Their perception of how impaired they were stopped updating. The cognitive decline was invisible to the person experiencing it.

The researchers found a hard threshold. Any wakefulness beyond 15.84 hours in a day produces cumulative neurobiological cost. That cost compounds every single day you exceed it and does not reset with a weekend of sleeping in.

About 35% of American adults sleep less than 7 hours a night. 40% of those get 6 hours or less. In 1942 that number was 11%. We built an entire professional culture around a sleep schedule that this paper says is functionally equivalent to pulling consecutive all-nighters.

"I'm fine on 6 hours" is the most common response to sleep research. The first thing chronic sleep debt destroys is your ability to notice chronic sleep debt.

If the Diego Garcia strike report is accurate, then one of the central assumptions about Iran’s missile program has just collapsed. For years, the accepted ceiling was around 2,000 kilometers. A ballistic missile reaching Diego Garcia suggests something in the neighborhood of 4,000 kilometers, which pushes it out of the medium-range category and into the intermediate-range class (IRBM). That is a strategic leap.

The real story is not whether the missile was intercepted. It is that Iran may have demonstrated reach far beyond what much of the world believed it possessed. A 4,000-kilometer capability changes the map. Major European capitals begin to enter the conversation. Paris comes into range. London moves much closer to the edge of vulnerability depending on launch point and payload. This would mean the missile threat is no longer confined to the Gulf, Israel, or parts of South Asia. It would mean the radius of deterrence, defense, and fear has expanded dramatically. If confirmed, Diego Garcia was not just a target. It was a message.

I snuck away from my official meetings in Santiago, Chile 🇨🇱 , to visit the iconic Antigua Fuente Alemana restaurant on the grand Alameda Avenue. It’s a cozy snack shop that’s been owned by the Siri family for decades. It was trashed by violent rioters during Chile’s civil unrest in the fall of 2019, and owner Carlo Siri seriously considered just shutting it down. But he resolved to rebuild, and thereby saved dozens of jobs. I was inspired by his story, which underscores an important point: governments have not only the right but the obligation to protect their law-abiding people and businesses from violence. If they’re unable or unwilling to do so, they won’t survive long. ¡Felicitaciones Carlo por tu resiliencia y valor! The pork sandwich was also amazing.
