The Guajolote Ranch wastewater treatment plant is still contested, and without it, the proposed 3,000 homes can’t move forward as planned.
We’re still working … we may be small and sometimes we may be quiet but we are still here ! #savescenicloop#lennarhomes#guajoloteranch
Hey, we’re still here!
It’s been a quiet summer on social media, but behind the scenes, we’ve been meeting, planning, and keeping our mission moving forward.
Beyond the legal fight, we’ve built strong bipartisan support with local and state elected officials which is an important step toward stopping this project and promoting responsible development.

Our judicial review of the TCEQ wastewater permit is moving forward, and the wastewater plant is not cleared to proceed.
We’re also closely monitoring Lennar’s efforts to secure a Municipal Utility District (MUD) and remain prepared to engage at every step.
If you have photos or videos from your property, especially if you’ve lived there for many years, we’d appreciate seeing them.
Every observation helps tell the story and we won’t stop and we won’t give up the fight.
