@The_RyanWallace That's very much the definition of splitting time despite you thinking it requires air quotes, he never said it as a 50/50 split. I'm sure the politics of keeping Avery at KState was a factor and that's fine, I'm was and am good with how it all turned out for everyone.
@NickKendellMHH Luca Evans just wrote something today about top tier backs being reluctant to go to Denver with JK there. I wonder if that top tier is now guys like CRod or Brian Robinson because they both seem like nice choices with a solid role along with Dobbins and Harvey.
@Zach_Segars I really like both your plans today - give the broncos a solid or better Y TE and the Allgeier/Dobbins/Harvey backfield. My concern is that Allgeier is just a little too good to be able to talk Dobbins into coming back if he's here and vise versa. Who knows, hopefully I'm wrong.
@Zach_Segars My ideal would probably be dobbins and Allgeier and Harvey but I'm worried that Dobbins is good enough to not sign if Allgeier is in Denver and Allgeier is good enough to not sign in JK Dobbins is in Denver.
@samesfandiari@davidjsmith1232 None of it is great obviously but it feels like just sitting their good players in the 4th quarter instead of sitting them for questionable injuries is actually better for fans. I wonder if the NBA's problem is that it's bad/messy for gamblers.
@Zach_Segars No offense to Danny Trevethon but just take Von and play him at ILB over him. Probably DT but Von and CHJ (and Talib) all have to be considered.
@MileHighHuddle@ChadNJensen As a listener and former Wisconsinite let me politely ask - where were these Wisconsin mountains that he was working out in?
@Tjonesonthenba I don't have much of an opinion on these players yet or what the Jazz should do but obviously they would do it because Ainge and Zanik and their scouts don't have the players in the same tiers as you. You keep saying it like everyone 100% agrees, it's driving me nuts.
@ErickTrickel@kale11op I am certainly not a punting expert but what you're saying doesn't match up. Last year his net is 10+ yards better in the 2nd half of the season than in the 1st half, how is that getting worse as the season went on?
@ErickTrickel@kale11op Looks like he was coming off a torn ACL in December of '23 so impressive to make it back to open the season in '24 - may have been why numbers were down. You can say '23 was worse than '22 but it was the same gross and the net was down 0.1 yards and still 6th best in the league.
@Evan_Flood I appreciate the update, it makes sense. It's still really great for Crowl. I was just surprised not to see Happ right up there. Appreciate your reporting.
