Why is it that only the bug number is sometimes given in the #orclapex patch sets lately?
Developers no longer know what it's about. The common MOS user is not authorized to query the details of almost any bug number (anymore).
@JuergenSchuster SQL Developer Web definitely has different strengths than i.e. the ability to edit PL/SQL packages via JET components and REST interface.
The alternative name "Database Actions" is much more appropriate for its use.
Luckily, the APEX development team didn't presented SQL Developer Web as the new Object Browser in #orclapex 23.1... the self-developed solution has much better usability for developers!

@JuergenSchuster@AljazMali@DenesKubicek Good QA should also exist on the customer side. Until the tests on the updated test environment are not successful, then the productive environment is not updated. That's all, no financial risk for the company.
@JuergenSchuster@AljazMali@DenesKubicek 22.1 already contained 169 bug fixes. So we're at over 400 bug fixes this year in regular releases (without the hot fixes in patch set bundles).
Apparently the "stabilization" of APEX is in full swing. Why always complain?😉
@mennooo It was actually addressed to the participants of the meetup. Normally they spread the news about new APEX versions faster than lightning on Twitter 😆
Have a great trip through Scandinavia!
@JuergenSchuster@orclapexworld Accessibility affects more than 1% of the population. A smaller-sized, greyed-out label in floating items can easily cause readability issues (for old guys like us).
But honestly.. I (also) CSS-styled my floating items to the old look🤷♂️
Floating items in Vita theme looked a way better in earlier versions (before #orclapex 21.1).
Presumably to meet accessibility standards? Fair enough. But why weren't these changes applied to the Redwood theme then?
Hey @OracleAPEX 22.1 field values in Vita theme are not easy to distinguish from floating labels especially in empty fields and values in select lists are in too small font, same size as label. Redwood Lite has it better #orclapex
