My journey returning to the softball field. On Tues I had shoulder surgery. Using cold therapy machine that is helping with my healing/pain. I spent 6wks in the gym working on lower body, cardio and hip mobility. I will come back stronger and better @MontreatSB @CoachKelseyLong
