I have a thread to speak about. I'll start by going through the root cause.
1) I bought Mi TWS 2 earphones which I received on 3rd June.(I bought these as my earphone jack is not working and i have to make calls)
@MiIndiaSupport I can't visit service centre because
(1)I have work from 10am-10pm
(2)Transportation is very expensive
(3)I am ready to bear courier charge
If the product is faulty and if I can get a refund instead of replacement after visiting, I can buy new earphones right now.
@Abhi_bala@XiaomiIndia They blatantly called me negligent and that I make their job difficult. I feel so betrayed for buying mi products since years, everybody in my family uses Mi but not from now. I will also make sure to not recommend anyone.
